Matt Maro

I'm Matt, a builder and tinkerer drawn to spaces where taste and technology meet. My best work happens in small teams with a lot of agency, where people can stay focused on what matters. When I'm working through a problem, I rarely stop at the most direct solution. I want to understand the layers around it and make choices that leave the larger system better off.

I like staying close to what is being built and making parts of it myself. There is something deeply satisfying about pulling things apart, solving a difficult problem, then seeing the delight the solution brings to someone else. Often, the most meaningful work is not the loudest. It simply makes something feel better. Hawaiian pizza is the exception, though. It is loud and delicious.
